FCAA Summer Jamboree – Jack’s Gulch

The 2019 summer Jamboree is scheduled for June 7-9 at Jacks Gulch, near Pingree Park (about 45 minutes from town).  For those new to the Club, this is a “don’t miss” family summer event at no charge to members.  We put out 3-D targets along a trail through the pine forest and shoot until our arms fall off.  In between, we have evening campfires, a Saturday night barbecue, and lots of great camaraderie.

Target setup begins Friday afternoon shortly after lunch. WE NEED VOLUNTEERS TO HELP WITH SETUP.  Once the course is complete, shooting begins, and continues until mid-morning on Sunday.  No scoring, only fun.  Target take down help is also needed on Sunday morning.

Camping is available for RVs and tents (first come-first serve, with electricity for RV hookups at a modest charge. The Saturday night BBQ will start around 6:00 p.m. Please bring a side dish or dessert. The Club will provide meat and drinks.

If you plan to attend, please sign up at Wednesday league, or email the Jamboree Chairman, Ronnie Easthouse at elkhunter240@gmail.com.

We need a good count to make sure we don’t run out of meat.

See you there!
