Why am I not receiving FCAA emails? There are a few reasons you may not be receiving emails from FCAA:

  • You’re not signed up to the list
  • Your email was entered incorrectly
  • You signed up using a corporate (or otherwise secured) email account, which is not allowing the emails through
  • Our emails are ending up in your ‘Junk’ or ‘Spam’ folder

The first thing to do is check your ‘Junk’ or ‘Spam’ folders. If a search for ‘FCAA’ doesn’t turn up a newsletter, for example, then the next step is to ensure your email service isn’t restricting the FCAA emails — for example, if you’re using a corporate or company email, sometimes they only allow incoming emails from specified domains. If that’s not the case, you may not have signed up, or you may have accidentally mis-typed your email address. Feel free to sign up to the list again, taking care to type your email address correctly. This won’t result in multiple emails.
